NEET Domicile Certificate Rules In Uttarakhand
Students from Uttarakhand must ensure they fulfill their respective state’s domicile requirements before applying for NEET state quota admissions.
Domicile Criteria In Uttarakhand

They must be permanent residents of Uttarakhand and must have passed Classes 10th and 12th from a recognized Educational Institution in Uttarakhand.

Candidates may not be permanent residents of Uttarakhand but must have passed Classes 10th and 12th from a recognized Educational Institution in Uttarakhand. These candidates, however, shall not be entitled to any type of reservation.

Aspirants who are permanent residents/ domicile holders of Uttarakhand but have passed Classes 10th and 12th from a recognized Educational Institution outside of the state of Uttarakhand shall also be eligible for the state quota.
Eligibility Criteria For Domicile Claim

Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand and have passed both High school (10th) and Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution situated in the State of Uttarakhand.

Candidates who are not Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed both High school (10th) and Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institutions situated in the State of Uttarakhand shall also be eligible but they will not be entitled for any type of reservation.

Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed High school (10th) and/or Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution situated outside the State of Uttarakhand shall also be eligible.
